What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
Diet, diet, diet! I know that people say this a lot, but that’s because it’s true. What you eat is going to be the most significant part of your journey.
Make sure you’re drinking enough water every single day! It’s going to be challenging, but it will be well worth it in the end. Make it your lifestyle! It starts with you.
